Mould End Cleaning systems
Our Mould End Cleaning systems are developed to keep your mould ends clean from any topcoat-, concrete- or slurry build-up on a safe and easy way. These systems are of an inline technology where moulds are kept at conveyor height and not elevated. This increases the capacity and reduces maintenance and service of the line. Designed for Zero Harm operations and with full safety guarding, but still with best accessibility through the monitored doors. These systems are integrated in the tile line control system and easily controlled through the operator panel. Our unique machine designs assure moulds are not damaged in the process and the resulting tiles are kept to original design.
