Drying of topcoat before packing tiles is necessary to prevent tiles from sticking together or marking the surface. This is the final touch of the tiles on many markets and the signum for any tile producer’s quality. By other means a very important measure to take as a manufacturer. ABECE Automatic RotoDryer systems are developed from our highly efficient racking systems for speeds up to +140tpm, but adapted and refined to handle only tiles, and this is even more delicate!

The ABECE Automatic RotoDryer systems are designed for conveyor speed of 70m/min and/or an extruder speed +140tpm. Gross tile capacities are between 3444 to 4956 tiles. The drying time varies depending on production speed and final angle between the racker and deracker, but is usually between 20-30mins. The utilization can be improved up to approx. 90% net capacity when our intelligent indexing RotoDryer Optimization is activated. But there are even more necessary and smart features as standard, like seted chains, dust collector, pneumatic tile stop, flip slats, pack accumulation system etc etc. All together a very solid and proved solution for highest plant efficiencies and with smoothest tile handling with servo-controlled motion.
