ABECE Medium – the expandable production line

Produce 25000-85000 tiles a day with our highly efficient medium size production line. Designed for your specific needs and is easy to expand when demands grow. You can choose to start with a semi-automated line and easily add-on automation as you grow your business. This makes the ABECE Medium system both flexible and easy to start up.

Besides standard profiles, we are often asked to design special tile profiles to meet specific market and customer demands. The choice of profiles is dependent on climate, culture and local market trends. Below you can see examples of our most popular roof tile profiles. The standard dimensions are 420×330 mm unless stated otherwise.

Produce 3000- 32000 tiles a day with our affordable start-up production lines. Designed to your needs and choose between two different extruder options. It is perfect for a start-up business or as a complement to an existing production line, achieving the same high quality concrete roof tiles as in our larger, more automated Medium and Large systems.
